Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please review our policy below: 🔹 Cancellations: Clients may cancel their appointment up to 10 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 10 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the $10 deposit. 🔹 Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance at no additional charge. Rescheduling within 12 hours may require a new deposit. 🔹 Late Bookings: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the requested time. Same-day or last-minute bookings are not accepted to ensure proper scheduling and preparation.
