Booking Policy To ensure a fair, professional, and transparent experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below: 🔹 Cancellations Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. 🔹 Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance at no additional charge. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment may require a new deposit to confirm your spot. 🔹 Late Bookings All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow proper scheduling and preparation. Same-day or last-minute bookings are not accepted. 🔹 Service Expectations While our goal is to deliver the deepest gloss and highest standard of professional detailing, please understand that: Your vehicle will look significantly cleaner, glossier, and refreshed, but it will not be brand new. Some permanent defects such as scratches, sun damage, or paint wear may not be fully correctable without additional restoration services. 🔹 Excessive Dirt Policy Exceptionally dirty vehicles (e.g., heavy mud, pet hair, spills, mold, or strong odors) may require extra time and materials. An additional fee will apply and will be discussed before continuing service. If the client declines the additional fee, the detailing process will stop at the 6th hour of labor, and the vehicle will be returned in the best condition possible within that time frame.
